Scott and Sue Cassel
The Cassel home; this was certainly one of our most enjoyable projects. This was no “normal” project either. From finish to end, this three-phase project spanned five months and resulted in a home virtually unrecognizable from before the project began.
It all began after the 2015 Fort Wayne Home and Outdoor Show, when the Cassel’s stopped by our booth. After conversing for a few minutes we found a time we could stop by and one late Tuesday evening that fit their busy schedules.
It was clear that trust was the most important factor in choosing their contractor. They have a wonderful 16 year-old daughter with autism, and as you can imagine on a multi-phase renovation project, things can get a little loud. Noise and changing environments can cause undue stress for those with autism and this must be considered in the planning process. We are very thankful that the Cassel’s chose Wright Brothers Renovation and Design for their projects.
“Scheduling and overall customer service have been excellent. I have Joked with Dave and Brian and told them that I am probably ruined for the rest of my life. Wright Bros. customer service has been so exceptional that I am not sure I will be able to settle for mediocre service again.” Sue Cassel
